STAFF
Executive Director- Jadine Nollan
The Executive Director oversees the operation of the agency, personnel and volunteers. Mrs. Nollan is a lifetime resident of Sand Springs except for four years at Oklahoma State University where she earned a Bachelors Degree from the College of Arts and Science. She is currently serving her second term on the Board of Education for Sand Springs Public Schools. She is also serving on the Sand Springs Chamber of Commerce Board and is an active member of the Rotary Club as well as other civic organizations. She is married to Phil Nollan (Sr. Program Manager for EMC) and has three children.
Office Assistants-
Two part-time Administrative Assistants perform intake interviews, make referrals, and determine eligibility with the assistance of the Executive Director.
VOLUNTEERS
Board of Directors-
Currently there are 27 active board members that consist of management personnel, bankers, school superintendent, a minister, a lawyer, entrepreneurs, retirees, and local business owners which represent a diverse representation of our community. that include civic leaders, churches, business members/ owners and volunteers of the community. The Board helps to adopt an annual operating budget, helps to fund raise this budget, reviews monthly financial and spending reports. They also evaluate staff, have developed long range planning. All Board members are required to serve on a standing board committee such as Membership, Strategic Planning, Fundraising and Publicity, Technology, Day of Caring, Outcome Measurement and Volunteer workers.
Executive Board-
The President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary of the Board of Directors serve as the Executive Board. They have oversight of the staff and work closely with the Executive Director to bring recommendations to the Board of Directors to strengthen, refine, and direct the work of the agency.
Community Volunteers and Participants-
We have many volunteers that give of their time and money to assist us with our programs and we could not function without the support from citizens like you.
